Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vyshwave websites, Chrome extensions, and related services (the “Services”), including Live Currency Converter, Focus Guard, and Page Clip. By installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Vyshwave. Contact: vyshwave@gmail.com.
2. The Services
We provide browser extensions and supporting APIs (authentication, entitlements, and product features such as exchange-rate lookups or local site-blocking rules). Features may differ between Free and Pro plans. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for access to that email inbox and for activity under your account.
4. Plans, Pro access, and payments
Products may offer a Free plan and a Pro plan. Plan limits are described on each product page and in the extension UI.
Paid checkout: when enabled, paid Pro plans are sold through Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service related to payment and handles returns according to applicable policies. Prices are shown on the product page and in the extension. Taxes may be collected by Paddle where required.
Temporary offline billing: Paddle checkout is currently unavailable. During this period we may grant complimentary Pro access to signed-in users without charging a card. That access is not a paid purchase, may change or end when paid checkout returns, and does not create a recurring subscription with Paddle until you complete a paid checkout.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity
- Do not abuse rate limits, authentication, or billing / entitlement systems
6. Intellectual property
Vyshwave and its logos, extension names, and related materials remain our property (or our licensors’). You receive a limited license to use the extensions as distributed via the Chrome Web Store and these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is”. Where a product shows exchange rates or other third-party data, that data may be delayed or inaccurate. Focus and blocking tools depend on your local rules and browser state; we do not guarantee uninterrupted blocking in every edge case. We do not guarantee fitness for financial, trading, accounting, medical, or legal decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyshwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Refunds
Refunds for paid purchases (when checkout is enabled) are described in our Refund Policy. Complimentary Pro access is not a paid purchase and is not subject to refunds.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
